Things to do Before, During, and After Your Interview The impression you make on the interviewer often can outweigh your actual credentials. Your poise, attitude, basic social skills, and ability to communicate are evaluated along with your experience and education. Be on time This often means 10-15 minutes early. Interviewers often are ready before the appointment. Know the interviewer’s name,  its  spelling, and pronunciation . Use it during the interview. If you don’t know the name, call beforehand and ask the secretary. Also, note the secretary’s name in case you have to call back. Secretaries can influence the hiring decision! Have some questions of your own prepared in advance. There is nothing wrong with having a short list of questions and thoughts- it shows you have done your research and want to know more about the organization and the position. India's successful landing on Moon

        India's successful landing on Moon: Chandrayaan-3 is a follow-on mission to Chandrayaan-2 to demonstrate end-to-end capability in safe landing and roving on the lunar surface. It consists of Lander and Rover configuration. It will be launched by LVM3 from SDSC SHAR, Sriharikota. The propulsion module will carry the lander and rover configuration till 100 km lunar orbit. The propulsion module has Spectro-polarimetry of Habitable Planet Earth (SHAPE) payload to study the spectral and Polari metric measurements of Earth from the lunar orbit. Lander payloads:  Chandra’s Surface Thermophysical Experiment (ChaSTE) to measure the thermal conductivity and temperature; Instrument for Lunar Seismic Activity (ILSA) for measuring the seismicity around the landing site; Langmuir Probe (LP) to estimate the plasma density and its variations.   What is COP28? COP28 is the  28th annual United Nations (UN) climate meeting , which took place from November 30 to December 12, 2023 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). COP stands for the  28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change . The conference is where governments discuss how to prepare for and  limit future climate change .   Important outcomes of COP28: Highlights Description Loss and Damage (L&D) Fund COP28 countries  agreed to launch the Loss and Damage (L&D)  fund, hosted by the  World Bank for four years , aligning with  UNFCCC and the Paris Agreement .
